The exam is divided into separate parts, one for each course in the IBM i System Management series. Successfully completing all parts of the exam demonstrates your proficiency in the operational skills required to manage an IBM i system.

While most of the tasks described in this series can be performed by any system operator (someone with a user class of *SYSOPR), some tasks can be performed only by personnel with a user class of *SECADM or *SECOFR.
