Easy Returns

We will accept the return of any item so long as the postmark on the return is within 15 days of the date that the package was shipped to you. Returns must be in new, unused condition (excluding "Scratch & Dent" items, which must be in the same condition received).

If you want to initiate a return please contact customer service at 877-226-5394 (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, Central Time) to receive a return authorization before shipping your package. Packages received without the appropriate return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the customer.

Shipping costs (both original and return costs) are not refundable unless the item received is damaged in shipment or a mistake on our behalf.
