Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of our Web site(s) constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the MC Press Store Web site(s).
Shipping
Ordering an item from MC Press Online? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. You will be asked at checkout time for information on how you want your order shipped. We offer ground, 2nd day, and overnight for all packages in North America. For international packages, we offer both Express and Expedited UPS.
Delivery Time
When you place an order with MC Press Online, your package will be shipped as soon as possible. On each item, you will see an "Availability" field that will tell you when you can expect your package to be shipped. If the product is out of stock or not yet published, we'll tell you when it is expected to be available for shipping. If you ever have any questions about a package that has been shipped or one you want to order, you can contact customer service for quick answers. (See "Contact Us" for more information.)
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from MC Press Online depend upon the methods and options you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Overnight, 2nd day air, and international shipping is calculated based on carrier rate tables. Ground shipments are charged as follows:
One Item: $6.85
Two to Three Items: $11.00
Four to Six Items: $15.00
Call for costs over six items.
These rates apply to retail sales only. Please contact your wholesale representative if you are a distributor.
Returns
We will accept the return of any item as long as the postmark on the return is within 15 days of the date that the package was shipped to you. All returns must be in restockable condition. If you want to return a book that was damaged in shipping, please contact customer service before returning the package.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
Occasionally there may be information on our Web site or in email communications that containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and/or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel the order or return it in accordance with our return policy detailed above.
Price Adjustments
If an item purchased goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days after the order date, a one time price adjustment may be requested. We will refund the difference in price to the ordering party--at our sole discretion--by check, by applying a credit to the credit card used, or by issuing a store credit.
For your convenience, we will accept price adjustment requests up to 21 days after the order date; however, the lower price still must have occured within the 14 day qualifying period.
