
Dr. Hansen is a co-founder of Manta Technologies Inc., a company that specializes in interactive training for IBM i operators, programmers, system administrators, and users. Bill has been developing multimedia training for IBM systems since the early 1970s. As the Operating Systems Product Manager for Deltak and the President of Hansen Training Systems, he has developed over 300 courses on topics ranging from word processing to MVS Resource Management. At Manta, he is responsible for operations, system administration, and ebusiness courses. He also developed Manta's browser-based CBT/WBT authoring system that can simulate both 5250 and GUI screens. Bill holds a B.S. from the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as an M.S. and Ph.D. from Northwestern University. His Ph.D. thesis,
